Can I order samples before committing to a full purchase?
Absolutely. We highly recommend ordering samples of our tiles, paints, and fabrics to ensure the color and texture meet your expectations in your home's unique lighting.
What is your return policy for surplus materials?
We accept returns on full, unopened boxes of tiles or unused rolls of wallpaper within 30 days of delivery. Please note that bespoke or custom-mixed paint products are non-refundable.
Are your products suitable for use with underfloor heating?
The majority of our natural stone, porcelain, and terracotta tiles are compatible with underfloor heating systems. We recommend checking the specific technical data sheet for each product before installation.
How do I calculate how much paint or tiling I need?
Each product page includes a coverage calculator. We generally recommend adding a 10% 'wastage' margin to your measurements to account for cuts, breaks, and future repairs.
