  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring that fragile goods like tiles or ceramics are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Transport

  Drop off your parcel at an authorized collection point or schedule a professional courier pickup for larger palletized orders through our logistics partner.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
